  • It's normal for the power bank to reach temperatures between 98-118°F when the ambient temperature is 77°F. This device complies with IEC 62368 certification standards, ensuring its safe operation

  • This power bank is designed for iPhone that support magnetic wireless charging, from iPhone 12 onwards, except for the iPhone SE 3. Phone cases thicker than 2.5 mm or those that are non-magnetic may reduce charging efficiency and are not recommended.

  • Ensure your iPhone 12 runs iOS 17.4 or later, and iPhone 13 or later has iOS 17.2 for optimal charging and display; this power bank is not Android-compatible. If the USB-C port is charging a device, wireless charging output will be reduced to 5W.

  • Your iPhone may automatically stop charging at 80% to protect its battery from overheating, as part of iOS 17's thermal management strategy. Charging will resume once the device cools down. Moving it to a cooler spot can help speed up this process.

  • The capacity reduction during charging is due to a 30% to 45% energy loss in the battery cells and conversion circuitry. Therefore, a fully charged Anker MagGo Power Bank (10K) offers an estimated 6,000mAh to 7,000mAh to power devices.
